Shipping Information

Standard Shipping:

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST, Excluding Holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be notified by our customer service department within 3 business days.

  • You will receive your order within 3 - 7 business days from the day we ship your order
  • Deliveries to non an EU country may take longer
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Deliveries to non an EU country may take longer
  • Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments

Local Customs charges may apply to orders shipped abroad (outside the EU) - These charges are not related to SEACRET. Please verify locally whether the items you had ordered are subject to any customs fees in your country. Any orders returned to us due to non-acceptance by the recipient on the basis of local customs charges will be subject to additional shipping charges to redeliver the order.

  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world
  • All orders are shipped via TNT or Expedited service

  • Please note: Orders within the Russian Federation can take up to 2 weeks or longer.

Please be sure to shop on the appropriate countries page if you are shipping products to Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Columbia, Europe or Israel, as the shipping prices may be reduced since the home shipping destination is local or closer than the EU. Undeliverable Packages:

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Website or over the phone with Customer Service.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact SEACRET via our Online Contact Form
