Return Policy & Procedure

Please note that this policy is only applicable to website orders viawww.seacretspa.com. We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a shop or other retail location.
These must be handled directly with the place of purchase.

Return or Exchange an item

We hope that you are happy with your order from www.seacretspa.com. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original unused condition, for a refund or exchange within 14 days from purchase by following the instructions below.
Contact our customer care team via email support.eu@seacretspa.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product you wish to return, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Return the unused product to us in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt.

Ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and marked clearly with the following address:

Please ensure you have paid for the postage and obtained proof of postage incase of the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the full price of the goods against the original credit/debit card used.
Otherwise, we will be happy to exchange the product for another to the value of the product with no shipping charges for the new product.We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use.

Faulty Damaged Goods or Incorrect Item

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer care team at support.eu@seacretspa.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Seacret Retail Shop Returns Policy & Procedure

Seacret's shops and kiosks are independently operated. Refunds or exchanges for any product purchased through a Seacret retail shop or kiosk must be handled directly with the place of purchase, and will be subject to their specific policies.
